Guys thank you so much for fixing my kenwood amp rocking the super bowl party
Us kids would walk to Norman's in Brookhaven & listen to the new 45's each week. Such a nice man. My parents knew him & used him for years, as we did when we grew up. We miss Norman's not being in Brookhaven/Chamblee area.
Bought my first set of speakers at Norman’s. Bose 201’s in the early 80s. The guys were more than patient with a fifteen year old who had earned the money washing dishes at the Hickory House.
You can't beat Norman's. When I was a teenager, I had a JVC receiver that suddenly stopped working. I took it in there, they didn't take the unit, the guy at the counter opened the top and showed me where the blown fuse was and gave it to me for free and showed me how to fix it. While I've not had to have anything repaired in about a decade, they earned a customer for life and I've used their services many times. 2/01/2021
Just received my ROTEL cd transport back after repairing the non-functioning drawer. Sounds as good as ever. Have used Norman's for repairs since the 80's. Great service and reliable repairs. . 01/30/2021
Remember walking from my home nearby Oglethorpe University in the 50s to buy an Elvis 45 from Norman’s Brookhaven location. In the 70s his Clairmont location was my go to place to have my electronics repaired.
My 1959 Harmon Citation V is still going strong thanks to the capacitor upgrade you did for me in 1978.
These guys are awesome, they repaired my Yamaha M60 amp. Yamaha went to cold solder on their control boards and it cracks after twenty something years of use. Norman's re-soldered all the connections on my board. AMP sounds great 12 years later, it's 35 yrs old this month.
Dedication to Norman's Electronics , I'd personally make the drive for my equipment repairs if it were twice that distance . Beautiful work and pictures !
Thanks to Norman Electronics for helping get my Pioneer Sx-950 Receiver back to life and also the belt change my Yamaha K-850 which I picked up this week deck still works!!! The Technics SL-1900 turntable fit in my newly constructed stand. They inspired me to build it to house the components made out of birch plywood and Walnut.
Made my vintage JVC receiver like new! Gave me a new remote and antenna at no charge. Great guys. They know their business. Thanks, guys!

I took my 4 month old Yamaha receiver that was fried from a lightning strike. It would not even turn on. They fixed in less than 2 weeks at no cost to me. As this was technically not covered by the warranty, as it was an act of God, I was very impressed with Yamaha and Norman's for taking care of this.

I took in my (lightning fried) $3,000 Denon X6700 receiver that I bought from Best Buy 2 years and ten days earlier. Best Buy, where I have a Total Tech Membership, said they couldn't help me, out of warranty. Norman's informed my that it in fact had a 3 year warranty from Denon. They spoke to Denon and I received a newly refurbished receiver 5 days later at no cost and Norman's didn't charge me a dime either! As a side note, The Geek Squad install team had plugged the receiver into the wrong port on my ($1,300) Panamax surge protector. Guessing it contributed to the problem.
