Us kids would walk to Norman's in Brookhaven & listen to the new 45's each week. Such a nice man. My parents knew him & used him for years, as we did when we grew up. We miss Norman's not being in Brookhaven/Chamblee area.

You can't beat Norman's. When I was a teenager, I had a JVC receiver that suddenly stopped working. I took it in there, they didn't take the unit, the guy at the counter opened the top and showed me where the blown fuse was and gave it to me for free and showed me how to fix it. While I've not had to have anything repaired in about a decade, they earned a customer for life and I've used their services many times. 2/01/2021

These guys are awesome, they repaired my Yamaha M60 amp. Yamaha went to cold solder on their control boards and it cracks after twenty something years of use. Norman's re-soldered all the connections on my board. AMP sounds great 12 years later, it's 35 yrs old this month.

Thanks to Norman Electronics for helping get my Pioneer Sx-950 Receiver back to life and also the belt change my Yamaha K-850 which I picked up this week deck still works!!!  The Technics SL-1900 turntable fit in my newly constructed stand.  They inspired me to build it to house the components made out of birch plywood and Walnut.

I've called 3 times before their closing time, and no one has answered my call as of yet. Recent edit as of August 2024. I've used Norman's a couple of more times since my original 1-star post, and have had a better experience.

Mr. Clarence has been a blessing. The moment I welcomed him into my home, I knew that he would be the perfect man for the job. Just to provide a little background info…I have a 5-year warranty on my dryer and I’ve had it for about 3 years now. My dryer stopped heating recently and I decided to submit my claim through my warranty provider, Assurant. Long story short, Assurant recommended “Best Electronics”, who came out to replace my heating element and their service turned out to be a complete disaster. The unprofessional technician replaced the new heating element while not wiring it back correctly, then he told me I had an electrical problem (I had zero electrical issues before hand), and my dryer was still not heating. Afterwards, he had the nerve to gloat about his extensive amount of years in experience. Mr. Clarence came in and exceeded expectations with his exceptional service and knowledge. I appreciate his meticulous attention to detail beyond words. He noticed the wiring was not correct which was triggering my breaker to trip, then my main board had to be replaced, along with my motor, and a few other parts. In all, it may have taken a month to have everything completed due to parts having to be ordered/shipped and diagnostics being done BUT it was well worth the wait. I have a brand new dryer thanks to Mr. Clarence! The communication throughout was impeccable, ensuring a seamless experience. Hats off for the outstanding service and the team's unwavering professionalism. I highly recommend Norman’s Electronics to anyone seeking top-notch services. Be sure to ask for Mr. Clarence!!!
